Glimpse of Developing India
one of the biggest modification of this century:-
The National Education Policy was framed in 1986 and modified in 1992. More than three decades have passed since previous Policy. During this period significant changes have taken place in our country, society economy, and the world at large. It is in this context that the education sector needs to gear itself towards the demands of the 21st Century and the needs of the people and the country. Quality, innovation and research will be the pillars on which India will become a knowledge super power. Clearly, a new Education Policy is needed. With launch of transparent taxation platform, India begins Faceless,Fearless tax regime:-
The Union Budget 2020 introduced a new personal income tax regime for individual taxpayers. However, the option for this concessional tax regime came with a cost, it required the taxpayer to forego certain specified deductions. These include standard deduction of Rs 50,000, deduction under section 80C of Rs 1.50 lakh and interest on self-occupied property of Rs 2 lakh, deductions which are availed by most taxpayers. As a result, the concessional tax regime may not always be beneficial.
